1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Kakoullas Service Center website and AI Garage services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Kakoullas Service Center provides:

• Professional automotive service and repairs
• AI Garage - a digital vehicle management platform
• MOT testing and certification
• Maintenance tracking and reminders
• AI-powered maintenance predictions

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use AI Garage, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Plan

• 1 vehicle registration
• Basic maintenance tracking
• Service reminders

4.2 Premium Plan (€10/month)

• Up to 3 vehicles
• Advanced AI predictions
• Priority support
• Detailed analytics

4.3 Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use automated systems without permission

6. Vehicle Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of vehicle information you provide. AI predictions are based on the data you enter and general maintenance guidelines. These predictions are advisory only and do not replace professional mechanical inspections.

7. Service Appointments

Booking requests through our platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Kakoullas Service Center and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI predictions will be completely accurate
• All vehicles types will be fully supported

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kakoullas Service Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kakoullas Service Center from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
